What a pack is

A pack is a set of prepaid codes. Each person you give a code to redeems it for one standard Screening Report. That is up to 5,000 text items from their own account exports over the last seven years, each rated Review, Consider, or Clear, with a specific fix for every flag and up to 3 report runs within 60 days. They upload their own exports, and the PDF goes only to them.

You never see anyone's report. Nobody at your institution receives findings, scores, or the items that were flagged. We can tell you how many codes have been redeemed, and that is all.

How it works

1. Choose a pack and pay. Pay by card. Stripe emails an invoice for your records.
2. Get your codes. They arrive by email, usually within minutes, as a list and a spreadsheet file. Each is single-use and valid for 12 months.
3. Hand them out. Each person opens prunesocial.com/redeem/ followed by their code (or scans the QR code on the printable card), which fills the code in for them. They tick both consent boxes, upload their own exports, and get their own private report.
4. Track usage. Your codes email includes a private link that shows how many codes have been used and how many are left. Counts only, never names or results.

Running a workshop or cohort?

Exports take time. Most platforms send them within a day or two, and Reddit can take up to 30 days. So the export request is the step to schedule, not the report:

1. A week or more before: send participants the free export checklist at prunesocial.com/start, so their downloads arrive before the session.
2. At the session: hand out the code cards. Each person redeems their own code and uploads their own exports, on their own device.
3. After cleanup: each code includes up to 3 report runs within 60 days, so participants can re-check after they clean up and see which earlier flags are gone.

Starting small is fine. A 10-code pack is a good pilot for one class or cohort.

Pack terms, in plain language

• One code is one person and one Screening Report. Codes are not for public resale.
• Codes are valid for 12 months from purchase. The 3 report runs are available for 60 days after the person redeems their code.
• Unredeemed codes can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
• A code works once, and anyone who has it can use it, so hand codes out carefully. If you lose the email, ask us and we will send the codes again.
• To redeem a code, a person enters their own email address at checkout, so their report can be sent to them.
• Participants must be 18 or older and US residents, the same as for any PruneSocial customer.

Common questions

Is this a background check?

No. PruneSocial is a private self-review tool. It is not furnished to employers, schools, or programs, and it is not for hiring, admission, or eligibility decisions. Please don't require participants to share their reports with you or anyone else.

What do participants need?

Their own social media account exports, which each platform lets them download. Our export guides walk through each one, and most people can start with a single platform and add the rest later.

Can you take a purchase order?

Yes. We can send an invoice, and your codes are emailed as soon as it is paid. Mention it in the form, and let us know if you need a W-9.
