How to remove likes on Instagram
Short answer: To remove one like, open the post and tap the heart again. To remove many, open Your activity from your profile menu, choose Interactions, then Likes. Tap Select, tap the posts you want to unlike, and choose Unlike. You can sort by date or filter by a date range first. If someone has deleted a post you liked, it no longer shows in the list.[1]

Remove many likes from Your activity

- To work through it in order, sort from newest to oldest or the other way. To focus on one stretch, filter by a date range.[1]

Menu names shift a little as Instagram updates its apps, so check the current labels if one has moved.
Which likes to remove first
